Consent to personal data processing

By marking the box next to the text “I give my consent my personal data processing” and / or by clicking on the “submit” button of the completed form on the website https://spbpu.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site), you agree to accept this Consent for processing personal data (hereinafter - Consent).

Marking the box next to the text “I give my consent to the processing of my personal data” and / or clicking on the submit button of the completed form on the website means granting Consent. Acting freely, of their own free will and in their interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, an individual gives his/her consent to the Laboratory of Industrial Systems for Streaming Data Processing of the SPbPU NTI Center (location: 29 Polytechnicheskaya Str., 195251, St. Petersburg), hereinafter referred to as the Operator, to which the Site belongs, to process their personal data under the following conditions:

1. Consent is granted to personal data processing, both with and without the use of automation tools.
2. Consent is granted to the processing of the following personal data:
   • Personal data that is not specific or biometric: surname, name, patronymic
   • Place of work and position
   • Email address
   • Contact telephone numbers
   • Information about the mail client
   • Information about the browser used
   • Information on following links in emails
   • Location information
   • Information about the IP addresses from which the user opens the email.
3. Personal data shall not be made publicly available.
4. Purpose of processing personal data:
   • Identification of the user registered on the Site
   • Providing the user with access to personalized resources of the Site, including consulting services
   • Location of the user to ensure security and prevent fraud
   • Confirmation of the accuracy and completeness of personal data provided by the user
   • Providing the user with customer and technical support in case of problems associated with the use of the Site
   • Identification of participants in events organized by the Operator and third parties
   • Communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information regarding the services provided, the execution of agreements and contracts, as well as processing requests and applications from the user
   • Improving the quality of services provided, ease of use, conducting analytical studies
   • Creating a user database for the site.
5. Personal data processing is based on article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the charter of the Operator, and this consent to the processing of personal data.
6. In the course of working with personal data, the following actions may be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

8. Personal data may be processed until the individual unsubscribes from the information by clicking on the special link “Unsubscribe from the newsletter” in the emails sent or by sending a corresponding request to info@spbpu.com.
9. Consent may be revoked by the personal data subject or their representative by sending a written statement to the Operator or their representative at the location address (see the preamble to the Consent).
10. In case of withdrawal by the subject of personal data or their representative of consent to the personal data processing, the Operator is authorized to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10, and part 2 of article 11 of the Federal Law “On Personal Data” No. 152-FZ dated 07.27.2006.
11. The Consent is valid all the time until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in clauses 8 and 9 of the Consent.
